Manage your subscription
Web subscriptions — cancel, switch plans, or update your card from Settings → Subscription inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
iOS subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Subscriptions section of your Apple ID, pick Setster, and tap Cancel Subscription. Refunds for iOS purchases must be requested from Apple directly.
Reinstalling the app or signing in on a new device? Use the Restore purchases button in Settings → Subscription to recover your subscription.
Export or delete your data
Email support@setster.app from your account email with the subject line "Export" or "Delete". We act on requests within 30 days.
Deletion removes your profile, training history, programs, goals, and chat history permanently. Backups roll off within 90 days.

Do I need to be an experienced lifter?
No. Setster meets you where you are — whether you're just starting out or chasing a new PR. Tell the coach your goals during onboarding and it'll build a program around them.
How does Setster know what I need?
Your onboarding answers, every log you've ever entered, and 100+ peer-reviewed training principles go into every coaching decision. The coach has tools for reading your history, your PRs, your consistency, and — on iOS — your sleep and recovery from Apple Health.
Can I log workouts by voice?
Yes on mobile — tap the mic and just say what you did. The coach parses it into structured sets.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your messages are sent to OpenAI for inference only, under the API's no-training terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.
